THE WILDEST EVENT IN THE SOUTH! In 2016, Fall Double Down was created to give drivers one more wild drift weekend before the end of the year. Six years ago FDD was moved to Crisp Motorsports Park and we have not looked back! This event has some of the best driving we see all year from the southeast with more seat time than any event in the US.

Again in 2022, FDD will return to Cordele, GA. Except this year things are getting crazy. This year FDD will span across 3 days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) with the addition of ExciteGP Finals! We will be hitting the track for day and night driving with over 30 hours of seat time. We will also be crowning the 2023 ExciteGP champions and giving away $500 cash to each class winner!

All drivers and skill levels will be welcome to join the event. With a unique and technical layout and no set sessions, drivers can go out whenever they want! This makes for a laid back and relaxing weekend. Drive when you want and as much as you want.

Driver Information

Rules:
-All drivers must register online

-All drivers must sign the waiver
-All drivers must pass tech inspection
(tech sheet here: TECH SHEET)
-All cars competing must follow the series rulebook: XXXX
-All cars competing must have a ExciteGP series banner on the front window
-All drivers required to wear SA2015+ helmet
-All cars must display a run group sticker
-All convertibles must have a SCCA approved roll bar
-No speeding or burnouts in the pits
-D1/D2/D3 must have fire bottle
-No drinking and driving
-All tires must go home with driver
-All drivers must follow rules of the track and event

Track Layout:
The track layout will be different this year than years past. We will run the first day and a half on the Sesh & School course. This includes the ExciteGP finals. After finals on Saturday, we will switch to the FDD layout for the remainder of the weekend.

Competition: The ExciteGP battles will take places over two days. The track will open for qualifying on Saturday with an open format. Meaning no set laps. Just drive and have fun. 16 drivers for both classes will be selected. Drivers will battle in a standard Top 16 comp to find the winner. This only applies to drifting.

Parking:
All drivers will be allowed to park at the top of the banking as usual. Please remember we are looping the track the opposite direction as usual so park correctly. Remember to leave the track entrance area open for tire changer, safety, and food trucks.

Spectator Parking:
All spectators will be allowed to park in the grass area or gravel parking lot. Spectators can NOT park on the track banking or infield. All spectators must park on the grass and off of the pavement. No banking joy rides.

Camping:
Camping is allowed for all who attend. Camping must be done in the grass or gravel lot and free from blocking other vehicles in. The gates will lock each night at 11:00pm and reopen at 7:00am each day. Fires are allowed but must be contained and off the ground. All trash must go in trash cans.

RV Parking:
RV hook-ups are available. The cost is $35.00 per night and includes power and water hook-ups. All RV spots must be purchased at the front gate and paid for BEFORE parking. All trash must be removed from site before leaving.

Lodging & Food: Lodging is available two exits south of the track. There are many options are all different prices. This exit is also full of food options both, restaurants and fast food. You will also find fuel, Walmart, auto parts stores, and more off of this exit. We will also try to have a food truck on Saturday at this event.
